Apple’s 10th-generation iPad updates almost every aspect of the tablet. It’s a great device, but its greatness comes with a price increase and a couple of questionable design choices.

I would suggest you pay extra for more storage, it may not be essential now and if you don't you can now use iPads with external hard drives, but in general most iPad users bump up against that 64GB limit at some point and regret not having getting more in the first place.
