I’m looking for a device that I can stick in an old fashioned audio jack that will transmit Bluetooth to my headphones. Is there such a thing? I’ve tried googling the obvious terms, but haven’t seen anything resembling what I’m after. Maybe the obvious terms aren’t the best.

Hjalmer Duenow I was very sceptical about Bluetooth initially. I was very concerned I would need a wire for things to sound good. Devices like these helped me to wade in.
Bill Bennett @hjalm Agree. I keep a pair of wired headphones with a flat response to use as reference when making my own music, latency can be an issue there, but for everyday listening, Bluetooth is so much better now.
